We have four types of lap mei for our Lap Mei Fan. It has Chinese Pork Sausage, Chinese Pork Liver Sausage, Wax Pork Meat and a slice of Meat with Cassia.

Deluxe Chef’s Selection Lap Mei Fan

  1. Defrost at room temperature (Approximately 3 hours)
  2. Steam at high heat for 40 minutes.
  3. Ready to serve and enjoy.

Recommendation: Use the Portable Gas Stove to heat it at a low temperature while eating.
