Hong Kong Sai Yong With Dumplings (Dry) Cooking Method

It is recommended to take it to the refrigerator (at 0 degree Celsius) to thaw the day before you enjoy it and unseal it only after thawing.

Prepare a bowl of cold water.

Put the dumplings into the boiling water for 5 minutes before straining and putting in the reserve.

Break up the noodles and put them into the boiling water for 10 seconds, then put them into the cold water for 3 seconds, then put them into the boiling water for 5 seconds.
