Hong Kong Sai Yong With Wonton (Dry) Cooking Method

It is recommended to take it to the refrigerator (at 0 degree Celsius) to thaw the day before you enjoy it and unseal it only after thawing.

Prepare a bowl of cold water.
3.
Put the wonton into the boiling water for 5 minutes before straining and putting in the reserve.
4.
Break up the noodles and put them into the boiling water for 10 seconds, then put them into the cold water for 3 seconds, then put them into the boiling water for 5 seconds.
